Ecobility Corporation was founded to provide professional assistance to clients in need of leadership and support in the following areas:

Ecobility consists of principals in environmental science, hydrology, and architectural design with associates specializing in geology, engineering, biology, and industrial hygiene. (Download our key staff experience matrix) Our staff's goals are to help clients meet global client initiatives, enhance the living and working environment, and improve the bottom line when it comes to facility and building operations.

Our principals and associates are unique in that their expertise and experience is combined with a strong understanding of business and client needs. Ecobility provides a variety of client services.At Ecobility, our objectives are our client’s goals, and we take that to heart. We strive to understand our client’s objectives and integrate ourselves as part of the team, whether it be achieving compliance and reducing costs or identifying and purchasing property for the next project.

Ecobility is a low-carbon footprint company that uses post-consumer recycled products when available; minimizes commutes by tele-networking with staff; and works at a strategically located office that allows short commutes to sites within Los Angeles and Orange counties. We strive to communicate concisely and minimize the amount of paper we transmit. Although paper copies of reports are provided to our clients upon request, our default position is to provide electronic copies of our submittals to meet today’s processing and storage needs. 


Our Staff

Cheryl Mooradian, Principal

Cheryl Mooradian has more than 30 years of experience in architectural design, siting and space planning with a focus on developing and integrating design to conserve water and energy, improve indoor air quality and enhance the working environment in major renovations and new construction of commercial buildings.

Ms. Mooradian founded Ecobility Corporation in response to the growing need for professional assistance for commercial and industrial clients to achieve energy goals, assess risks and mitigate external environmental conditions, improve indoor air quality, address water issues and, in short, improve the working environment while reducing today’s building and facility operational costs.

Michael Mooradian, Principal

Michael Mooradian has more than 30 years of experience in groundwater resource management and contamination assessments. He has assessed environmental conditions, conducted health risk assessments, provided litigation support, and developed remedial solutions to mitigate impacts to groundwater resources. He has also been responsible for programs and projects focusing on environmental due diligence, risk assessments and remediation programs, alternative energy recommendations and hydrologic programs for a wide range of property types including agriculture, multi-family residential, governmental, institutional, commercial and industrial properties across the United States.

Valerie Marshall, Principal

Valerie Marshall has more 25 years of experience with a wide range of environmental responsibilities, including compliance officer and siting specialist for landfills in southern California.  Ms. Marshall has worked as a principal scientist for a national consulting firm where she served as the lead for major environmental projects in Arizona, California, and Hawaii.  Her specialties include environmental due diligence, stormwater management, regulatory compliance and CEQA/NEPA studies as they relate to site development.
